Purchasing and sales

To provide Siewert & Kau customers with an optimum service and goods offering, purchasing is organized centrally. Our purchasing agents operate globally in constant contact with manufacturers. This enables us to not only offer products available on the market, but also to determine the latest technological innovations and add them to our product portfolio.
Thanks to the close cooperation between our departments, when compared to other global suppliers we achieve an optimum negotiating position, which we use to the benefit of our customers. And thanks to flexible purchasing, we are even able to offer scarce products “just in time” at optimum market prices via our sales team and high-quality logistics group.
In addition to purchasing, sales represents a critical connection to our customers. It is the center of competence for product consulting and information. The primary task of sales is to establish trustworthy cooperation with our customers and record customer requests. Sales is our link to customers, while purchasing is the link to manufacturers.
