Our technicians test every detail of products added to our line before they are ever delivered. Even goods long established in our portfolio are subjected to comprehensive testing on a regular basis to ensure they have retained the same quality level.
Despite comprehensive quality control, with more than 10 million items delivered each year problems can occur. In such cases our online RMA is available 24/7 to provide problem-free, structured return shipments and tracking of returns.
