Siewert & Kau is a leading international company for products and services in the information technology (IT) industry. Headquartered in Bergheim, near Cologne, the company has sales offices in Braunschweig, Munich, and Paderborn, Germany, as well as Alella, near Barcelona, Spain.
Siewert & Kau has been operating in the commercial IT products and systems business since 1994. The company, headquartered in Bergheim near Cologne since its founding, currently employs close to 200 people and has annual sales of just under € 400 million. More than 10 million items per year are processed at its 15000 m2 warehouse facility, and that volume is growing significantly. Listed items now exceed 5000.
Where sales were once oriented to regional and national markets, Siewert & Kau is now active internationally in both purchasing and sales.

And if there are any problems with the goods, our online RMA is available 24/7 to provide problem-free, structured return shipments and tracking of returns.

We do not claim to nor will we ever stock all IT products produced worldwide. Such an endeavor requires vast resources and results in unnecessary costs. Instead, thanks to the freedom we enjoy as a specialty provider, we can offer our customers the best possible product selection for each respective segment of the worldwide IT market: PC systems, notebooks and netbooks, software, printers, servers, monitors, digital cameras, as well as accessories such as media, bags, and cables.
Advanced services
In addition to a comprehensive product portfolio, Siewert & Kau offers financing and logistics solutions specially tailored to specialty stores and systems vendors. These services reduce on-site resources and costs, simplify costing and processes, and guarantee on-time processing by means of a highly professional and dynamic infrastructure. Included are comprehensive rollout management, the development of distribution plans, delivery and resource planning, complete warehousing, as well as logistics, including invoicing and processing of RMAs. Our computer technicians link your system to our infrastructure via XML. And naturally, all rollout management takes place using the customer’s corporate identity.
