Management

Since the establishment of business activities in 1994, Siewert & Kau Computertechnik GmbH has been managed by company founders Holger Kau, Oliver Kau, and Björn Siewert. They are responsible for the company’s strategic direction, approaches for developing new business fields, and the introduction of high-performance system structures.
In addition to central company management tasks, the company heads are also involved directly in operational tasks. On the one hand, this ensures the necessary know how regarding all current developments in IT, and on the other, the indispensable awareness of partner requirements and problems on both the customer and provider side is maintained.
In the daily business, the company heads are supported by a highly-motivated service team of long-term employees who are responsible for individual business areas. Regular meetings ensure that information is exchanged among management personnel and that there is coordination should problems occur.
Teams of varied sizes support the two hierarchical levels in handling the tasks that occur. The streamlined structure ensure a seamless communication and information flow, eliminates unnecessary overhead from the cost side, and therefore benefits Siewert & Kau customers.
Because standing still in business is the same as taking a step backwards, all processes at Siewert & Kau are subject to continuous review, both through internal quality management and through controlling. These areas report directly to the company heads. This ensures that both weaknesses and areas of potential savings are detected early so that the associated procedures can be optimized accordingly.
